Richard Kung

Chief Financial Officer

Richard Kung is Chief Financial Officer of CTBC Bank (USA) responsible for treasury capital market, accounting, and financial planning. Since joining the Bank in 2006, Richard has held numerous management positions as head of financial planning, information technology, project management office, and strategy. Previously, Mr. Kung was a senior consultant for privately held middle market businesses with emphasis in business valuation.

Richard is known to deliver value-added advice and consultations to executive management and thrives to be a partner to business leaders in developing/identifying opportunities and continuous improvements to achieve sound profitability.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kung holds bachelor’s degree from University of California, San Diego and Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, North Carolina.
